Unfortunately, I do not have an answer for you right now, as your question is beyond the scope of the class so far. However, let's speculate about the answer to Susie's question as a class." At this point, you would start with a possible answer to Susie's question from what you know about the subject with the disclaimer that this is "wild speculation." Then, you could ask individual students what they think about the question and start a discussion. This is a great time to set the tone of the discussion session as a safe environment to openly ask questions and actively participate.
