Scenario 2: While you are waiting for emergency vehicles to clear the road, you sit and watch the driver next to you.

It was then that you realized you forgot your own cell phone at home. With only 10 minutes before class begins, you desperately ask the driver of the car next to you if you can use her cell phone. She promptly rolls up her window and ignores you. Since there is no way you can contact anyone to meet the class and explain your absence, you hope that you can get out of traffic soon to make it to class. Unfortunately, you get out of traffic an hour after the scheduled class time is over. Therefore, you email your class (using Blackboard) and explain what happened. In that email, you attach the syllabus, lecture and any other important documents that you meant to present today.
